What is ZHARAA?

ZHARAA is an Indian women's western wear label based in Surat, Gujarat. We design comfortable, skin-friendly clothing, mainly shirts, tops and tunics in pure cotton. Everything is made in India and sold directly at zharaa.com.

What kind of clothing does ZHARAA sell?

We sell women's cotton shirts, casual tops and tunics, including embroidered, printed and plain styles, plus combos. Prices typically range from ₹899 to ₹1,299.

Fabric and quality

What fabrics does ZHARAA use?

We work with natural, breathable fabrics such as pure cotton and double gauze cotton. The exact fabric is listed on every product page.

Is ZHARAA clothing suitable for hot and humid weather?

Yes. Cotton is breathable, lets air pass through and absorbs sweat, so it stays comfortable in Indian summers and humid weather, unlike synthetic fabrics that trap heat.

Is cotton good for sensitive skin?

Cotton is a soft, natural fabric that is gentle on the skin, which makes it a good choice for all-day wear.

Where are ZHARAA products made?

All our clothing is made in Surat, India, a city known for its textile and garment industry.

Sizing and fit

What sizes does ZHARAA offer?

Most styles are available from XS to 3XL. The sizes available are shown on each product page. If a size isn't listed, we don't have it in stock for that style.

Does ZHARAA offer plus sizes?

Yes. XXL and 3XL are available across most of our range. Full measurements are given in the size chart on each product page.

How do I find my correct size?

Every product page has a size chart. The most reliable method is to lay a similar top you already own flat, measure it, and compare it with our chart instead of guessing from your usual size.

My size is between two sizes. Which should I choose?

For a relaxed fit pick the larger size, and for a fitted look pick the smaller one. If it doesn't fit, you can exchange the size within our exchange window.

Ordering and payment

Does ZHARAA offer cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery (COD) is available on across India. You can also pay online by UPI, credit card, debit card or net banking.

Is online payment safe?

Yes. Online payments are processed through secure, trusted payment gateways, and we never store your card details.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes.

Shipping and delivery

How much is shipping?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location. Metro cities are usually faster, and remote pin codes can take longer. You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent by SMS or email once your parcel is dispatched. If you haven't received it, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Does ZHARAA ship internationally?

Returns and exchanges

What is ZHARAA's return policy?

We offer 08 days easy return and exchange from the date of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging. Read the full Return & Exchange & Refund Policy.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Raise a request through our Return & Exchange Portal. Enter your order details, select the item and reason, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Size exchanges are covered by the same 8-day window, subject to availability of the size you want.

When will I get my refund?

Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick quality check, your refund or exchange is processed as described in our Refund Policy.

Product care

How should I wash ZHARAA clothing?

Wash care is listed on each product page. As a general rule for cotton: wash in cold water with mild detergent, avoid bleach and dry in shade to protect colour.

Will pure cotton shrink?

Cotton can shrink slightly on the first wash, which is normal. Washing in cold water and drying in shade minimises this.

Will the colour fade after washing?

Wash dark and printed pieces separately in the first few washes, and avoid harsh bleach and direct sun to keep colours fresh.

How do I care for embroidered pieces?

Turn the garment inside out, use a gentle cycle or hand wash, avoid wringing, and iron on the reverse side to protect the embroidery threads.
